Antiviral Phytochemical Data Base ( APDB ) aims to bring together all antiviral phytochemical and diseases from published work specially for Covid-19, Cancer and malaria. Viral diseases, such as the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), cancer and malaria, are becoming the world's most critical public health issues. The lack of effective medications and vaccines against this viral infection made it challenging for scientists to identify viable therapies in the early stages. Many viral diseases causing thousands of deaths per year worldwide. According to World Health Organization (WHO), the most recent Covid update is 5020204, malaria 409000 and cancer is responsible for 10 million deaths worldwide. Computational resources are a valuable source of data, expertise, and information in biological research, especially medicinal plants due to their different medicinal properties. Plant-derived medicines are an important source of lifesaving drugs, and a huge change in terms of time, money and labors. Therefore, we have tried to provide a friendly platform for global researchers, drug developers, health practitioners, and students with very frequent updates to add in theirs study and research, which is a compressive collection of, 533 phytochemicals from 158 medicinal compounds, including their scientific, family, and common names, as well as their utilized parts, disease information, active compounds, and PubMed IDs or links of the relevant articles. We have used different keywords such as Medicinal plant, phytochemical, plant-derived compound, Covid related drugs plant, cancer related medicinal plant, malaria and medicinal plant and so on, in several search-engines such as Google, Google Scholar, Research Gate, PubMed, Science Direct, Bing, etc. finally, we have provided a comprehensive database which is build in JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS.
